On Sunday we discussed Prayer: what it is, how people in different parts of the world pray and who people pray to. Someone told us about a study on prayer and how research proved that prayer does make a difference.

We discussed how Jesus taught us to pray the Lord's Prayer and how we didn't necessarily need to recite the Lord's Prayer as written in Matthew 6:9-15 but that we could use it as a model for praying our own prayer to God. We also learned the Five Finger Prayer and the ACTS prayer.
